Cancellation Policy

No-Show, Late Arrival & Rescheduling Policy Discovery Calls Discovery calls are complimentary; we reserve the right to decline future bookings if a client fails to attend without prior notice. A 5-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Sessions that start late may be shortened to ensure other clients are not impacted. After 5 minutes, the call will be considered a no-show, and future scheduling privileges may be revoked. Other Consultations (Paid Sessions) A 5-minute grace period is allowed for all scheduled calls. Sessions that start late may be shortened to ensure other clients are not impacted. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel by emailing info@emmanuelconsultingagency.com . Current Clients Repeated last-minute changes, lateness, or no-shows may result in revoked booking privileges. This policy ensures fairness, accountability, and that all clients receive dedicated, focused support.
